A 23-year-old drowned in a private pool in the home of Nigeria's ambassador to Israel in Kfar Shmariahu.
A Magen David Adom attempted to resuscitate the youth, an employee in the ambassador's home, but was forced to pronounce his death.

It appears that the employees of the ambassador's house were partying in the pool and drinking alcohol. At some point the youth apparently jumped in the water, though he cannot swim.

Later, the party moved inside and they found out one is missing. They hurriedly looked for him and found him at the bottom of the pool, and quickly drew him out.
The youth w as unconscious. A Magen David Adom tried to resuscitate him for an hour before backing down.
Police are investigating the events and how come the youth's absence took so long to notice.
The ambassador is apparently abroad.
