None

The UN Security Council is strongly condemning the "heinous" attacks in the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli and calling for the perpetrators to be brought to justice.

The twin bombings Friday outside mosques packed with worshippers, which killed 29 people and injured hundreds more. In Friday's statement, the Security Council "appealed to all Lebanese people to preserve national unity in the face of attempts to undermine the country's stability." The council stressed the importance for all Lebanese parties avoid taking sides or having "any involvement in the Syrian crisis." (AP)
