Tripoli bombings draw Arab League condemnation

Arab League chief Nabil al-Arabi denounced the twin bombings that targeted the northern city of Tripoli.
“I strongly condemn the two bombings that targeted Al-Taqwa and Al-Salam mosques in Tripoli,” Arabi said in a statement. He also called on all Lebanese to resort to “the language of rationality and brotherhood, in order to fend off the conspiracy to ignite strife” in Lebanon. (AFP)
