Syrian National Coalition President Ahmed Jarba called on the international community to immediately end the violence of the Assad regime. "Any delay will cause more bloodshed. This is genocide," he said.
Jarba further added: "We need to create a safe area for the citizens. The regime used chemical weapons at least three times and the West ignored it." (Ynet)
