Fabius: 'No doubt' Damascus carried out chemical attack

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said "there is no doubt" that the chemical attack in the vicinity of Damascus was carried out by the Syrian regime.
Fabius, who made the remarks at a joint press conference with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem, reiterated France's position and said: "All signs indicate that there was a chemical massacre in Syria." (AFP)
