French President Francois Hollande spoke with US President Barack Obama and said that everyone was in agreement that the Syrian regime was behind the chemical attack near Damascus. According to a statement released by the French president’s office, the two world leaders agreed to stay in contact regarding the response to the events in Syria. (AFP)
