IDB: Clal Insurance sale approved, debt settlement extended

Tel Aviv District Court's Judge Eitan Orenstein approved the sale of Nochi Dankner's Clal Insurance. In addition, the court granted IDB Holding's request to extend the date for filing the company's debt settlement and set a new timetable for submitting new proposals.
At this stage, the bondholders' proposal with investor Elstein was not approved, and it will be discussed before the creditors with proposals submitted in the future. (Ynet)
