An indictment has been filed against Mondar Alkeshallah, a 27-year-old from Tel Aviv, for allegedly performing an indecent act and forcefully performing an indecent act.
According to the indictment, Alkeshallah, a security guard at the Habima National Theater, exposed himself to a 16-year-old boy and forcefully put pushed his hands down the boy's pants. (Naama Cohen Freidman)
