Buchbut: Councils not ready for a Syria strike
Local Council Chairman Shlomo Buchbut warned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, amid Suria tensions, that local councils are not prepared for a possible American strike in Syria and have not been given directions from the government.
Buchbut said that local councils are being updated about the situation only from media, and that they cannot answer to the citizens without being part of debates about the situation and without receiving detailed instructions from government officials. (Omri Efraim)
