OAS chief against Syria strike

Secretary General of the Organization of American States, José Miguel Insulza, has said that he is strongly against any military intervention in Syria.

Insulza said that attacks similar to these were never proven effective. He emphasized he was speaking on his own behalf, as his organization has not conferred to discuss the matter yet. (AFP)
