Obama: Syrian chemical weapons threaten Israel
US President Barack Obama said in a White House speech that the Syrian chemical weapons attack is a challenge to the world, as well as a threat to US allies such as Israel and Jordan.
Obama added he has not made final decision on the response to the chemical attack, but that the US is looking at limited action, not at an open-ended commitment. (Reuters)
