US: Kerry, Hagel to explain to senators reasons for Syria attack
Senior members of the US National Security Council will hold talks with senators Saturday to explain the report that proves the guilt of the Assad regime for use of chemical weapons ten days before, and the reasons for the limited military campaign that is in the planning.
Senior White House officials said that Secretary of State John Kerry, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and National Security Adviser Susan Rice will hold conference calls. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington DC)
