Hamas in Lebanon against Syria attack
Hamas's representative in Lebanon, Ali Baraka, said they are against a US attack in Syria: "We are against any foreign intervention in an Arab country."
Since the outbreak of unrest in Syria, Hamas identifies with the Syrian people and the regime of Bashar Assad, a patron for many years. Hamas’ political leadership, headed by Khaled Mashal, left Syria due to disagreements with the Syrian regime. (Roi Kais)
