Petition to High Court: ABC kits for all Israeli citizens
The Front for Public Security, together with Knesset Member Nachman Shai (Labor), filed a petition with the High Court of Justice against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli government and the IDF in demand to provide all Israeli citizens with chemical attack protection gear.
The petition claims that budget considerations are not a reason for partial distribution of kits. Due to production rates and government budget, some 40% of the population is expected to remain without gas masks. (Aviel Magnezi)
