Lee Zeitouni's partner says 'happy things are starting to move along'
Roee Peled, the partner of the late Lee Zeitouni, responded to reports of the charge of aggravated manslaughter against one of the two suspects in the September 2011 hit-and-run accident which killed her. "I'm finally happy, things are starting to move along," he said. "Still, I know we are facing a long and complex trial."
Peled said that Eric Robic "is a man with a lot of money, and I hope the authorities in France will be tough and try him fairly as we were promised." Claude Issac Hayat, who was a passenger during the deadly hit-and-run that killed Zeitouni, will face a judge Thursday. (Ahiya Raved)
