US Secretary John Kerry has said in the Senate hearing about Syria that only the Assad regime used chemical weapons against its citizens. Kerry added that Assad is a dictator who was willing to poison the air of Damascus to keep his rule, and that only he perpetrated use of chemical weapons. (Ynet)
