Suspect in tourist's rape in Tel Aviv turns himself in
A 24-year-old man from Haifa, suspected of raping a tourist three weeks ago in a Tel Aviv hotel, turned himself in Tuesday night and will be brought for a remand hearing. The suspect stayed in a Eilat hotel for the last few days, and when he realized police were after him, he turned himself in. His friend will be brought for a remand hearing as well.
The tourist was deposed by the police, and later left the country. (Eli Senyor)
