Sheikh Raed Salah brought to remand hearing

The leader of the northern branch of the Islamic Movement, Sheikh Raed Salah, was brought in for a remand hearing on Wednesday morning.

 

Salah was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of incitement in a speech last week in Jerusalem. He was ordered to stay 30 km from Jerusalem and to pay a NIS 50,000 fine, both of which he refused. (Noam Dvir)
