Russia sends plane to Syria, apparently to evacuate citizens

Russia's Emergency Ministry has announced that it has sent a plane to Russia with office staff and psychologists aboard. Apparently the sent plane will be used to evacuate Russian citizens from the country.

Two weeks ago it was reported that another plane sent by the ministry evacuated 89 people, including 75 Russian citizens. (Ynet)
