Israeli official: Prefer removal of chemical weapons without attack
An Israeli official expressed support for diplomatic efforts to prevent attacks in Syria in return for the Syrian regime’s agreement to remove all of its chemical weapons.
"This is the best solution even for Israel. Everyone is now playing the game, but the interest is to eliminate Assad's chemical stockpiles, without war," the official said. (Attila Somfalvi)
