Baby critically wounded in fire in north dies in hospital
Six-month-old Abed al-Kharim Abed al-Khalim who sustained critical injuries as a result of a fire died of his wounds Monday at the Rambam Medical Center in Haifa.
The baby’s cousin, 2.5, was also injured in the fire and is hospitalized. According to the fire department, the fire broke out as a result of flammable substance, with which the children were allegedly playing, but police estimate the fire was the result of electrical problem. (Hassan Shaalan)
