Report: Jordan estimates US reconsidering Syria strike

Jordan's Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour said in a meeting with Jordanian parliament members that the leadership in Amman believes the United States is reconsidering its plan to strike in Syria, London-based Arabic-language newspaper al-Quds al-Arabi reported.
According to the report, Ensour denied that Amman was informed of the details of a possible American strike and expressed his hope that the crisis in Syria would be solved through a political process. (Roi Kais)
