Israel to close airspace for Yom Kippur at 1:30 pm Friday

Israel's airspace will close to traffic at 1:30 pm on Friday, the eve of Yom Kippur. The last flight to land at Ben-Gurion Airport will arrive from Slovenia, and the last flight to depart will head to Denmark.
The airspace will reopen at 11:30 pm Saturday with a flight to Amman, Jordan. The airport terminal will open at the end of the holiday. (Shahar Chai)
