Palestinian hurt while fleeing police on stolen motorbike

A 23-year-old Palestinian is suspected of trying to run over a policeman while escaping with a stolen motor scooter from a checkpoint at the Seam Line.

A policeman fired in the air in an attempt to stop the Palestinian. The man panicked, fell off the scooter and was moderately injured. Another suspect riding what is believed to be a motorbike managed to escape. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
