A building in Tel Aviv's has collapsed, trapping people inside and killing one. The building is a four-story structure on Tel Aviv's busy Herzl Street currently undergoing renovations. It collapsed from the ceiling down, leaving one construction worker dead, wounding four, and possibly trapping two more.
The street is now blocked and massive rescue forces are currently at the scene. (Eli Senyor)
