Attention all fans: A delegation of American actors – including the stars of popular television series "Dexter," "Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters," "Sullivan & Son," "Hell on Wheels" and "Caroline in the City" – will arrive in Israel
in late September for a one-week visit.
The stars will be hosted by the Foreign Ministry, the Israeli Consulate in New York and the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.

The stars are arriving in Israel as part of a PR project called "America's Voices in Israel," which aims to bolster Israel's image in the United States by encouraging visits of American celebrities and making them friends of Israel.
These actors have thousands of fans in the US, and most of them tweet their experiences to hundreds of thousands of fans.
The delegation members include three of the stars of "Dexter," considered one of the most watched series in the US with seven million viewers in the seventh season: David Zayas (Sgt. Angel Batista), Lauren Vélez (Lt. Maria LaGuerta, the captain of Miami Metro's homicide department) and C.S. Lee (Vince Masuka, the head forensics specialist for Miami Metro PD).
Also arriving will be 18-year-old Zoey Deutch, who stars in "Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters" and has 53,000 followers on Twitter; "Hell on Wheels" star Anson Mount; actor Jason Butler Harner ("Kill the Irishman," "CSI," "Alcatraz," "The Green"); actor Malik Yoba ("The Twilight Zone," "Girlfriends," "Raines," "Thief"); actress Vivian Bang ("Sullivan & Son," "Kath & Kim," "Better Off Ted," "House M.D.," "Sex and the City"); and Lea Thompson (the films "Jaws 3-D," "Back to the Future," "Dennis the Menace" and "SpaceCamp" and TV series "Caroline in the City").
The stars will be joined by film and television director Howard Deutch. The delegation members will tour the country, visit IDF bases and receive briefings.
