Highway 1 to be partially closed to traffic during Kerry's visit Sunday

Due to the arrival of US Secretary of State John Kerry, Highway 1, connecting Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, will be blocked to traffic alternately Sunday morning and noon.
Drivers will be directed to road 443 and other alternative roads. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
