Egypt: Army set for 'crucial' action in Sinai
An Egyptian military official told the Asharq Al Awsat paper that the Egyptian army is preparing for action defined as "crucial" against terror targets in Sinai. The source said there are nine terrorist targets left in Sinai with about 200 terrorists operating.
The Egyptian army continued its crackdown in Sinai Saturday. Officials said that army forces deactivated an explosive device near the El Arish airport, and that three gunmen holding a stock of ammunition were apprehended. (Roi Kais)
