Evacuated settlement Homash opened to Palestinians

The land where the settlement Homash, which was evacuated in the Gaza pullout, once stood, was legally opened to Palestinians under the instruction of Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein.
In a letter sent to the Yesh Din organization, Weinstein said that Homash is no longer an Israeli territory, and the military's closed zone order has been annulled. Following this, Palestinians can work their land. (Itamar Fleishman)
