Jerusalem murder: Mother was known to Welfare Ministry

The mother from Jerusalem who is suspected of having murdered her children and attempted suicide turned to the Welfare Ministry a month ago due to difficulties she had with her seven year old son, the ministry said.
The ministry said that the mother was meeting a counselor regularly, and stressed that therapists and other professionals did not suspect her to post a threat to herself or her children. (Noam Dvir and Omri Ephraim)
