Supreme Court Justice: South Tel Aviv's residents' distress is real

Supreme Court Justice Yoram Danziger said regarding the court's ruling the Prevention of Infiltration Law unconstitutional: "I'd like to address the claims of south Tel Aviv residents, who recounted their fears and difficulties. The residents' distress is real and unbearable."
However, the judge claimed, "The solution is not to be found in legislation allowing to detain thousands of people for an unlimited time under no charge and without possibility for deportation." (Aviel Magnezi and Omri Ephraim)
