Supreme Court Justice: Ruling will be difficult for public

Supreme Court Justice Edna Arbel said in the court's ruling regarding the Prevention of Infiltration Law that the ruling "will be especially difficult for south Tel Aviv residents, whose distress is heart wrenching. We must help them in their situation."
