MK regarding infiltration law: Honors human rights
MK Nachman Shai (Labor) said regarding the Supreme Court ruling the Prevention of Infiltration Law unconstitutional that "The decision brings back the rosiness to Israel's cheeks. The court's decision to cancel the law obligates Israel to honor human rights."
MK Shai added that "We must battle infiltration, but in doing so, we must maintain infiltrators' rights to the best of our ability as long as they are in Israel. It's appropriate that the Justice Ministry examines how a law like this could be made." (Moran Azulay)
