Minister Sa'ar: High Court decision harms tackling illegal infiltration

Interior Minister Gideon Sa'ar addressed the High Court of Justice ruling of the Prevention of Infiltration Law as unconstitutional, and said that "on the surface, the ruling harms Israel's ability to deal with illegal infiltration into its territory."
Sa'ar noted that "Israel is a state of law, and we will study the ruling in order to examine ways to protect the national interest of Israel and its citizens, including an alternative legislative order." (Moran Azulay, Omri Efraim)
