Yachimovich: High Court set clear moral standard about infiltrators

Opposition Chairwoman Knesset Member Shelly Yachimovich (Labor) congratulated the High Court of Justice for its decision to invalidate the amendment to the Prevention of Infiltration Law and said: "The High Court once again set a clear and precise national moral standard. The law deeply contradicts democracy in Israel."
Yachimovich, who was one of the eight members to oppose the law, further added: "The country must treat the issue of legal status of labor migrants and refugees responsibly, acutely, and humanly." (Moran Azulay)
