Police say at least 12 people have died in shootings at a heavily guarded military facility in the heart of the US capital.
DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier said Monday that people are being told to stay in their homes and away from the Washington Navy Yard as authorities search for two other possible suspects. (AP)
