Syrian PM: We have means other than chemical weapons

Syrian Prime Minister Wael Al-Halqi said in an interview to a Lebanese news website that the agreement to disarm Syria does not leave the country without other warfare means meant to "hurt the enemy and create strategic balance."
He added, "If you have means better suited for your purpose than chemical weapons, why is there a need for (chemical) weapons?" (Roi Kais)
