Natanya resident suspected of brewing date rape drug at home

A 29-year-old female resident of Natanya was arrested for allegedly producing and dealing in the date rape drug. She allegedly produced the drug in her home. A police search of her home revealed two bottles allegedly containing the drug.
In a court hearing the woman claimed that it was not a drug but rather a relaxing substance for personal use. Her remand was extended by a day. Six months ago she was arrested for similar charges but an indictment has yet to be filed. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
