Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met the US's Mideast peace envoy Martin Indyk in the former's Ramallah office on Tuesday, the official Palestinian WAFA news agency reported.
The two discussed the negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians. A Palestinian source told the news agency that during the meeting Abbas called on stronger and more direct US intervention in the process. (Roi Kais)
