UN Syria talks end with no major progress, to resume Wednesday

Tuesday's talks of diplomats from the five members of the UN Security Council (United States, France, Russia, China, United Kingdom) ended with no major progress, diplomats said.
"The atmosphere was constructive," said one of them, "but the problems are not resolved. We will continue to negotiate." (AFP)
