Initial assesment: Palestinian sniper behind Hebron shooting

According to initial assesments, it appears that a Palestinian sniper is behind the shooting of an Israeli man in Hebron on Sunday. The shooting left him seriously injured and he was evacuated to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem. (Itamar Fleishman)
