Yousef Rizka, political adviser to the Hamas' Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh in Gaza, said that Hamas and Egyptian leaders are exchanging messages through Egyptian intelligence sources, with the goal of easing tension between the groups.
He added that within the exchange of messages, there have also been clear promises on the part of Haniyeh that Gaza will not interfere in Egyptian matters. (Elior Levy)
