Report: Syrian FM will head delegation to UN General Assembly
Syrian newspaper Al-Watan which is affiliated with the Syrian regime, reported that the head of the Syrian delegation to the UN General Assembly in New York will be Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem. He will be accompanied by Syrian Foreign Minister will be accompanied his deputy, Faisal al-Miqdad, and an assistant.
The Syrian Foreign Minister will speak in the name of his country on September 30th. In addition, he is expected to meet with leaders of other delegations, on the sidelines of the Assembly. (Roi Kais)
