Rabbi Ovadia Yosef's health continues to deteriorate

Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, who is hospitalized in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem, has been put on a respirator, and doctors are draining fluid from his lungs and are considering putting him under full anesthesia due to his deteriorating health.
The rabbi has suffered medical problems in recent weeks, mainly heart and kidney conditions, and respiratory difficulties. He underwent pacemaker surgery Sunday, and was given dialyses Monday. (Kobi Nachshoni)
