Canada extradites convicted sex offender to Israel

Haim Cohen, a convicted sex offender who fled to Canada before receiving his sentence, landed at Ben-Gurion Airport accompanied by Israel Police officers.
Cohen was convicted of rape, indecent assault and sodomy against a minor girl, but left the country with his wife and children before being sentenced. He was located and arrested in Canada five months ago. (Noam Dvir)
