Obama: Security Council demonstrated no will to act in Syria

US President Barack Obama said at the annual UN General Assembly that the international community must enforce the prohibition on the use of chemical weapons.
He further added that without a reliable military threat, the Security Council demonstrated no will to act in regards to Syria. (Ynet)
