Germany praises Rohani's 'encouraging' UN speech

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle congratulated Iran's "new tone", following the conciliatory and "encouraging" speech of Iranian President Hassan Rohani.
However, Westerwelle stressed that Iran must present new and conrete offers in terms of the nuclear issue. (AFP)
