Galilee: 7-year-old falls from tree; seriously injured

Magen David Adom emergency services reported they treated a 7-year-old girl who was seriously injured after falling from a 3-meter-high tree in her hometown in the Galilee area.
She was given full anesthesia and evacuated with head injuries to Western Galilee Hospital in Nahariya. (Maor Buchnik)
