Indian police boosted security around Jewish sites and Israeli hot-spots around the country, fearing a possible attack by the Indian Mujahedeen, the Hindustan Times reported.
According to the report, concerns are up due to the arrest of the Islamist group's leader, Yassin Batkal, who told his interrogators the Mujahedeen is planning to kidnap "foreign Jews." Police assumes the group aims to hold the Jews ransom in return for the release of jihadist prisoners. (Ynet)
