President Shimon Peres visited the parents of Gal Kobi, the soldier killed earlier this week by a sniper in Hebron. Peres said to Kobi’s parents that despite his young age, their son and had displayed honorable qualities, “and it was not by chance that he was sent to Hebron, one of the most difficult boiling points."
